از کلیدواژه های مشاوره، آموزش، جنسی، عملکرد جنسی، کیفیت جنسی، مشاوره جنسی، زنان، سرطان پستان و همه ترکیبات احتمالی این کلمات با عملگرهای بولین</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:200%"><span new="" roman="" times="">OR, AND</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin=""> استفاده شد. </span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin="">جهت بررسی کیفیت مقالات </span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin="">از ابزار </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:200%"><span new="" roman="" times="">Risk of bias</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin=""> گروه کوکران</span></span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin="">استفاده شد</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin="">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:200%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif=""><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin="">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin=""> در نهایت 10 مطالعه (با حجم نمونه 614 نفر) مورد بررسی سیستماتیک قرار گرفتند. </span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin="">از این تعداد 4 مقاله به بررسی مشاوره جنسی، 5 مورد به بررسی آموزش جنسی و 1 مورد به مقایسه مشاوره جنسی و آموزش جنسی در بیماران پرداخته بودند.</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin=""> در مطالعات رویکردهای مشاوره ای </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:200%"><span new="" roman="" times="">PLISSIT</span></span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:200%"><span b="" nazanin="">، ذهن آگاهی، روانی جنسی، مبتنی بر پذیرش تعهد، مشاوره ورزشی، اموزش زوجین و مشاوره گروهی موجب تفاوت معناداری در متغیرهای جنسی بین گروه‌های مداخله و کنترل مطالعات شده بود. اما روان درمانی چهار عاملی به تنهایی در افزایش احقاق&nbsp; The keywords were sex, sexual counseling, sexual function, quality of sexual life, breast cancer, sexuality, education, and all possible combinations of these words with the Boolean operators of &quot;OR&quot; and &quot;AND&quot;. The Cochran Group Risk of bias tool was used to evaluate the quality of articles.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:200%"><span sans-serif=""><b><span new="" roman="" times="">Results: </span></b><span new="" roman="" times="">Finally</span><span new="" roman="" times="">, 10 studies</span><span new="" roman="" times=""> (with a total sample size of 614 people) were systematically reviewed. Of these, 4 articles examined sexual counseling, 5 papers assessed sexual education, and 1 study compared sexual counseling and sexual education in patients.</span> <span new="" roman="" times="">PLISSIT (P: Permission, LI: Limited Information, SS: Specific Suggestions, IT: Intensive Therapy) counseling, mindfulness, sexual psychology, commitment acceptance, sports counseling, couples training, and group counseling caused a significant difference in sexual variables between the intervention and control groups.
