en پروتکل ارزیابی کیفیت زندگی 5 ساله و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در مبتلایان به سرطان پستان پس از درمان: یک مطالعه طولی آینده‌نگر چند مرکزی A prospective, multicenter, longitudinal study to evaluate the long-term quality of life and associated factors in breast cancer survivors, 5-year follow-up: A study protocol تغذیه، روانشناسی، ورزش Nutrition, psychology, sport پژوهشي Research مقدمه: سرطان پستان شایع‌ترین سرطان در بین زنان در سراسر جهان است. کیفیت زندگی و وضعیت روانی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان می‌تواند پس از تشخیص به‌ویژه در طول درمان تحت تأثیر قرار گیرد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر طولانی‌مدت سرطان پستان پس از درمان بر ابعاد کیفیت زندگی و وضعیت سلامت روان است. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر، یک مطالعه آینده‌نگر طولی چند مرکزی و در حال انجام است که از بهمن 1398 در موسسه ملی توسعه تحقیقات پزشکی ایران (NIMAD) <a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">[1]</a> آغاز شد. 1200 بیمار مبتلا به سرطان پستان که دوره‌های درمانی خود را به پایان رسانده‌اند، از 5 مرکز ارجاع درمانی مستقر در تهران به مدت 5 سال جذب می‌شوند. پرسشنامه‌هایی برای ارزیابی پیامدهای اولیه و ثانویه توسط محققین آموزش دیده طی مصاحبه حضوری با هر شرکت کننده در هریک از سه مرحله (بلافاصله پس از درمان، 1 سال و 5سال) بعد از درمان تکمیل می‌شود. داده‌ها در مورد جمعیت‌شناسی اجتماعی، کیفیت زندگی، تصویر بدن، امید، مشکلات روان‌شناختی مانند اضطراب، افسردگی و خلق‌وخو، عملکرد جنسی و فعالیت بدنی جمع‌آوری خواهد شد. داده‌ها در هر مرحله جمعآوری و در پایان توسط SPSS (نسخه 22) تجزیه‌وتحلیل خواهند شد. نتیجه گیری: این اولین مطالعه سراسری، آینده‌نگر و طولی با حجم نمونه بزرگ، پایش طولانی‌مدت و اهداف تحقیقاتی گسترده است که به ارزیابی عوامل مرتبط با کیفیت زندگی در جمعیت ایرانی مبتلا به سرطان پستان می‌پردازد. <div>  <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"><a href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1" title="">[1]</a> National Institute for Medical Research Development</div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women, with its prevalence and mortality rates increasing in recent years. The quality of life and psychological status of patients with breast cancer could be affected after diagnosis, especially during treatment. The main objective of this study is to investigate the long-term influence of breast cancer on the quality of life dimensions in survivors. Methods: This is an ongoing longitudinal prospective study that was administered at the National Institute for Medical Research Development in Iran in March 2020. A total of 1,200 patients with breast cancer, who have completed their treatments, will be recruited from 5 referral medical centers located in Tehran to be followed for 5 years. Questionnaires for evaluating the primary and secondary outcomes will be completed by trained investigators during face-to-face interviews with each participant in three phases: immediately after treatment, 1 year later, and 5 years later. Data will be collected on socio-demographic status, quality of life, body image, hope, psychological problems (e.g., anxiety, depression, and mood), sexual function, and physical activity. Finally, data will be analyzed in each phase using SPSS 22.0 software.
