fa طراحی و اعتباریابی راهنمای بالینی ارائه خدمات سلامت جنسی و باروری در بقایافتگان سرطان پستان در ایران تشخیص، درمان، بازتوانی Diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه: </span></b><span lang="FA">بقایافتگان</span><span lang="AR-SA"> سرطان پستان<b> </b>مشکلات متعددی</span> <span lang="AR-SA">در رابطه با سلامت جنسی و باروری دارند</span> <span lang="AR-SA">که نیازمند ارائه خدمات مرتبط است. این مطالعه با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی راهنمای بالینی ارائه خدمات سلامت جنسی و باروری در سرطان پستان </span><span lang="FA">در ایران،</span><span lang="AR-SA"> انجام پذیرفته است. </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش بررسی:</span></b> <span lang="FA">مطالعه حاضر بخشی از یک مطالعه 3 مرحله‌ای است که به روش</span> <span lang="FA">ترکیبی اکتشافی متوالی انجام شده است. هدف ما در مرحله اول تعیین نیازهای سلامت جنسی و باروری بقایافتگان سرطان پستان و نحوه دریافت خدمات مربوطه بود. در این مرحله که نتایج آن پیشتر منتشر شده، ما یک تحقیق کیفی انجام دادیم. در مراحل بعدی که نتایج آن در مقاله کنونی منتشر می‌شود؛ ابتدا به‌منظور یافتن راهنماهای بالینی موجود در دنیا که به سلامت جنسی و باروری بقایافتگان سرطان پستان پرداخته‌اند؛ یک مرور نظام‌مند انجام شد.</span> <span lang="AR-SA">سپس </span><span lang="FA">پیش‌نویس راهنمای بالینی با استفاده از یافته‌های مرحله کیفی، مرور سیستماتیک و نظرات اعضای پانل متخصصان تدوین و با استفاده از ابزار </span><span dir="LTR">AGREE II</span> اعتباریابی شد.<span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b> <span lang="FA">راهنمای بالینی طراحی شده شامل 76 توصیه بالینی در 6 بخش</span> <span lang="FA">توصیه‌های عمومی، سلامت جنسی، تصویر بدنی، یائسگی زودرس، پیشگیری از بارداری و سلامت باروری است. امتیاز کسب شده در کلیه حیطه‌های ابزار </span><span dir="LTR">AGREE II</span><span lang="FA"> توسط ارزیابان بیش از 86%</span> <span lang="FA">&nbsp;بود. کلیه ارزیابان استفاده از آن را به‌طور کامل یا پس از تغییرات جزئی توصیه نمودند. </span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> راهنمای بالینی </span><span lang="FA">حاضر</span><span lang="AR-SA">، اختصاصی، جامع، اعتباربخشی‌شده و متناسب با نیازهای جنسی و باروری بقایافتگان سرطان پستان</span> <span lang="AR-SA">در ایران است و می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک چارچوب علمی و کاربردی در این زمینه به کار گرفته شود<b>.</b></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b>Introduction: </b>Breast cancer survivors often encounter significant challenges in sexual and reproductive health, which necessitates specialized care. The present study aimed to develop and validate clinical practice guidelines for delivering tailored sexual and reproductive health services to breast cancer survivors in Iran.<br> <b>Methods</b>: The present work is part of a three-phase study conducted using sequential exploratory mixed methods. The first phase aimed to identify the sexual and reproductive health needs of breast cancer survivors and the ways in which they receive related services. The results of the qualitative research conducted in this phase were published earlier. In the subsequent steps, which have been mentioned in the current work, the authors first did a systematic review to find the clinical practice guidelines available in the world that deal with the sexual and reproductive health of breast cancer survivors. Then, the draft of the clinical practice guidelines was developed using the findings of the qualitative study, systematic review, and the opinions of the expert panel members. The validity of guidelines was determined using the AGREE II (Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & Evaluation II) instrument.<br> <b>Results:</b> The developed clinical practice guidelines encompass 76 recommendations across six sections: general recommendations, sexual health, body image, early menopause, contraception, and reproductive health. The guidelines scored over 86% in all domains of the AGREE II instrument; all assessors recommended the guidelines for use, with or without minor modifications.<br> <b>Conclusion:</b> These clinical practice guidelines are not only tailored and validated but also provide a comprehensive framework for addressing the specific sexual and reproductive health needs of breast cancer survivors in Iran.
