fa علم‌سنجی چهار دهه تولیدات علمی در حوزه تصویربرداری پستان: مشارکت جهانی و حوزه های موضوعی A Scientometric Analysis of Four Decades of Scientific Production in Breast Imaging: Global Collaboration and Subject Areas تشخیص، درمان، بازتوانی Diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: بررسی تصویربرداری از پستان برای تشخیص سرطان پستان و دیگر بیماری‌های مربوط به پستان حیاتی است. با پیشرفت چشمگیر در تحقیقات علمی در این زمینه، تحلیل‌های علم‌سنجی به‌عنوان ابزاری کلیدی برای ارزیابی پیشرفت و تأثیر تحقیقات به کار گرفته می‌شود. این تحلیل‌ها روندهای مشارکت کشورها، مؤسسات، و نشریات پیشگاه در طول زمان را مشخص می‌کند. روش بررسی: این پژوهش 12462 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش را از پایگاه وب او ساینس را با روش‌های علم‌سنجی مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار داده است. حوزه‌های موضوعی بر اساس دسته بندی وب او ساینس مطالعه و بررسی شد. یافته‌ها: دانشگاه پنسیلوانیا با 235 مدرک علمی و 6611 استناد به‌عنوان پیشرو در پژوهش‌های مرتبط با تصویربرداری پستان رتبه 40 در شاخص اچ را کسب کرد. رادیولوژی"، "پزشکی هسته‌ای"، و "تصویربرداری پزشکی" بزرگترین حوزه موضوعی در این زمینه هستند. نشریات فیزیک پزشکی، رادیولوژی و رادیولوژی آکادمیک بیشترین انتشارات در این زمینه را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. نشریه رادیولوژی با ۱۹,۱۸ کل استنادات در این زمینه پیشرو است. نتیجه‌گیری: تحقیقات تصویربرداری پستان رشد چشمگیری داشته است، به‌طوری که تعداد مقالات از دو مورد در سال ۱۹۸۰ به ۹۶۷ مورد در سال ۲۰۲۲ رسیده است. در این حوزه، همکاری‌های علمی قابل‌توجهی مشاهده می‌شود، به‌ویژه در ایالات متحده با ۸۶۷ انتشار مشترک با دیگر کشورها، و همچنین الگوهای منطقه‌ای همکاری بین کشورهای اروپایی و آسیایی شکل گرفته است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Breast imaging (BI) is crucial for the diagnosis of breast cancer and other breast-related diseases. With significant advancements in scientific research in this area, scientometric analyses have become key tools for evaluating the progress and impact of research. These analyses identify trends in the collaboration of countries, institutions, and leading journals over time. Materials & Methods:  This study analyzed 12,462 articles related to the research topic from the Web of Science (WoS) database using scientometric methods. The citations, co-collaborations, h-index, first author, and corresponding authors were analyzed. Moreover, subject areas were examined based on the WoS categorization. Results: Based on the findings obtained, the University of Pennsylvania, with 235 scientific publications and 6,611 citations, ranked 40th in the h-index and is a leader in BI research. The largest subject areas in this field are "Radiology," "Nuclear Medicine," and "Medical Imaging." The journals Medical Physics, Radiology, and Academic Radiology have the highest number of publications in this field, with the Radiology journal leading with 19,018 total citations. Conclusion: Breast imaging research has seen remarkable growth, with the number of articles increasing from two in 1980 to 967 in 2022.
