en آگاهی، خودمراقبتی و موانع غربالگری سرطان پستان در زنان 40 تا 70 ساله عشایر استان فارس Awareness, self-care, and screening barriers of breast cancer in women aged 40 to 70 nomadics of Fars province in 2022 اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align:justify">مقدمه: سرطان پستان شایع‌ترین سرطان در بین زنان ایرانی است. از آنجا که کمبود آموزش و برنامه های تشخیص زودهنگام در کشورهای در حال توسعه علت اصلی افزایش بیماری و مرگ‌و‌میر ناشی از این بیماری است این پژوهش به منظور بررسی خودآزمایی پستان در میان زنان عشایر که توجه کمی به آن‌ها شده است، انجام شد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش مقطعی بر روی 432 زن عشایر که تحت پوشش مراکز بهداشتی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز هستند انجام شد. افراد تحت مطالعه به روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند و اطلاعات از طریق یک چک لیست که شامل بخش های دموگرافیک، آگاهی، خودآزمایی پستان، خود مراقبتی و موانع غربالگری بود توسط کارکنان آموزش دیده جمع آوری شد. تمام تجزیه و تحلیل ها در سطح معنی داری 05/0 با استفاده از نرم افزار Stata نسخه 14 انجام شد. یافته ها: میانگین سن افراد 8/94 ± 53/09سال بود که (51/6%) 223 نفر بی سواد و (88%) 380 نفر متاهل بودند. میانگین نمره آگاهی در کسانی که خودآزمایی پستان را 1-3 بار در سال (8/87 ± 23/09) انجام می دادند از میانگین نمره آگاهی در کسانی که برای معاینات دوره ای به پزشک مراجعه می کردند (7/29 ± 25/42) بالاتر بود (0/001>p). هم چنین، طبق آزمون پیرسون، همبستگی معکوس و متوسط بین آگاهی و موانع غربالگری دیده شد (0/309-=r،0/001>p). نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد همبستگی معکوس بین آگاهی و موانع غربالگری وجود دارد و با توجه به اینکه بیش از نیمی از جمعیت بی‌سواد هستند، این مطالعه به جلب توجه مسئولین سلامت برای افزایش آگاهی سرطان پستان و توجه بیشتر به این جمعیت کمک کند.</div> <div style="text-align:justify">Introduction: Breast cancer is the most common cancer among Iranian women. As lack of education and early detection programs in developing countries is the main cause of increased morbidity and mortality. This study aimed to investigate self-examination among nomadic women who have received little attention. Methods: This was a cross-sectional study with a sample size of 432 nomadic women served by the Health Center of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, selected using a multistage sampling method. Information was collected through a checklist divided to demographic, awareness, breast self-examination, self-care, and screening barriers’ parts by trained staff. All analysis was done at significance level of 0.05 using Stata software version 14. Results: The mean age of individuals was 53.09 ± 8.94 years, of which 223 (51.6%) were illiterate, and 380 (88%) married. Also, the mean score of awareness was higher in those who perform breast self-examination (BSE) 1-3 times a year (23.09 ± 8.87) and those who see a doctor for periodic examinations (25.42 ±7.29) (p<0.001).
