fa اعتباریابی پرسشنامه عوامل فرهنگی اثر گذار بر سازگاری ذهنی با سرطان در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان: مطالعه‌ای در بستر فرهنگی ایران Validation of a Questionnaire on Cultural Factors Influencing Mental Adjustment to Cancer in Women With Breast Cancer: A Study in the Cultural Context of Iran تغذیه، روانشناسی، ورزش Nutrition, psychology, sport پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: فرهنگ با اثرگذاری بر نگرش‌ها و راهبردهای مقابله، در سازگاری ذهنی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان نقش تعیین کننده‌ای دارد. با این حال، فقدان ابزار بومی معتبر برای سنجش این ابعاد در ایران، مانعی در پیشبرد پژوهش ها و طراحی مداخلات روان‌آنکولوژی می‌توان در نظر گرفت. ازاین‌رو، این پژوهش با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه‌ای بومی برای ارزیابی عوامل فرهنگی مرتبط با سازگاری ذهنی زنان ایرانی انجام شد. روش بررسی: عوامل فرهنگی پیش از این در مطالعه‌ای کیفی استخراج شده بودند و بر اساس آن داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ای با ۷۲ گویه طراحی گردید. این پرسشنامه پس از اجرای آزمایشی و تحلیل‌های روان‌سنجی، روی نمونه‌ای شامل ۵۳۰ زن ایرانی مبتلا به سرطان پستان در مراحل ۱، ۲ و ۳، مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز درمانی منتخب، به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس اجرا شد. تحلیل عامل اکتشافی با استفاده از روش مؤلفه‌های اصلی و چرخش واریماکس انجام شد و گویه‌ها در قالب دو سازه مفهومی معنادار طبقه‌بندی شدند. شاخص‌های روان‌سنجی ابزار شامل آلفای کرونباخ 0/945 بود که نشان‌دهنده پایایی بسیار مطلوب پرسشنامه است. یافته‌ها: ابعاد فرهنگی شناسایی‌شده در این ابزار، به دو شکلِ تسهیل‌گر و بازدارنده بر سازگاری ذهنی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان اثر گذاشتند و ابزار توانست با روایی و پایایی مطلوب این ابعاد را بازنمایی کند.  نتیجه‌گیری :با این حال، تمرکز پژوهش بر زنان ایرانی و استفاده از نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج را محدود ساخته و این تمرکز فرهنگی تعمیم به جوامع غیرایرانی را محدود می‌کند. بر این اساس، مطالعات آینده می‌توانند این ابزار را در گروه‌های فرهنگی گوناگون اعتبارسنجی کنند، با طراحی پژوهش‌های طولی پایداری ابعاد فرهنگی را در گذر زمان بررسی نمایند، مقایسه‌هایی با مقیاس‌های جهانی انجام دهند و همچنین ابعاد فرهنگی را بر طیفی گسترده‌تر از شاخص‌های روان‌شناختی بررسی کنند تا درک جامع‌تری از نقش فرهنگ در تجربه بیماران حاصل شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Culture, through its influence on attitudes and coping strategies, plays a decisive role in the mental adjustment of women with breast cancer. However, the absence of a valid, culturally adapted instrument for assessing these dimensions in Iran has limited the advancement of research and the development of psycho-oncology interventions. Therefore, this study aimed to design and validate an indigenous questionnaire to evaluate cultural factors associated with the mental adjustment of Iranian women. Methods: The cultural factors were previously identified in a qualitative study, and based on those findings, a 72-item questionnaire was developed. Following pilot testing and psychometric analyses, the questionnaire was administered-using a convenience sampling method-to a sample of 530 Iranian women with breast cancer in stages 1, 2, and 3 who were referred to selected treatment centers. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted using the principal components method and Varimax rotation, resulting in the classification of the items into two meaningful conceptual constructs. The psychometric indices of the instrument included a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.954, indicating excellent reliability of the questionnaire. Results: The cultural dimensions identified in this instrument influenced the mental adjustment of women with breast cancer in two ways: "culture as facilitator" and "culture as barrier". The instrument could represent these dimensions with satisfactory validity and reliability. Conclusion: However, the study's focus on Iranian women and the use of convenience sampling limit the generalizability of the findings, and this cultural specificity restricts the applicability of the results to non-Iranian populations.
